Well, I’ve reached the final draft of my book. I’ve been writing it for a little over a year, so it is starting to feel like something complete. It’s weird to think that it all started from a long car ride and now is a fully operational book with pages and all. The only problem is that I don’t know what to do now.
I have a group of characters that I care about and a story that I believe is something worth being a part of. That alone, however, does not make a successful book. No, we need publishing and back support for that. The thought of losing my story to the void is terrible and I can’t think of very many things that scare me more. I guess the only plan of action is to give it up to the writing gods and hope for the best.
